Susan J. Davis, Real Estate Broker

Susan began her real estate career over 30 years ago as a sales person for Coldwell Banker Pat Shultz Real Estate in Provincetown, MA.  She quickly achieved the level of broker and later became an owner of the company.  For years, she was the top selling broker in Provincetown.  In 2010, she sold her business, but in 2014, she was lured out of retirement when she was approached to sell the remaining condominiums at The Residences at Seashore Point.  Though initially hesitant about getting back into the work world, she has found a perfect fit with The Residences at Seashore Point team.  Susan feels fortunate that she can now give back to a wonderful 55-plus community and a town that has been so wonderful to her for many years.  Her greatest joy is to help somebody achieve full independence in an “age in place” environment.

Prior to real estate, she owned a bed and breakfast; worked for the New York Times as an Advertising Executive; Vice President of the Canadian coffee chain, The Second Cup and a real estate advisor during Pennsylvania’s Governor Milton Shapp’s administration.  She is a graduate from Wilson College in Chambersburg, PA.
