The Wellness and Rehabilitation Center at Seashore Point strives to deliver the highest quality rehabilitation and nursing services to each resident. The center is licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and certified for Medicare and Medicaid.

Established in 1956 as Cape End Manor, The Wellness and Rehabilitation Center at Seashore Point has a long history of providing first class service. The primary focus of the dedicated team of professionals is the personal care of each resident and patient in an environment that offers quality of life.

Under the guidance of the Medical Director, the interdisciplinary care team – which includes nurses, therapists, and social workers – confers regularly to ensure that each patient receives the very best service programs. A broad range of consultant physicians are available to assist the Seashore Point team.

The Wellness and Rehabilitation Center at Seashore Point is designed to care for the short-term rehabilitation patient as well as the long-term care resident. The spacious, fully-equipped rehabilitation gym is staffed seven days a week for patients requiring Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy. Each therapist has experience working with a wide range of injuries and illnesses including Vascular, Cardiac, Pulmonary and Orthopedic conditions.
