Dan Kent, Housekeeping Supervisor
Dan was born in Brooklyn New York and grew up in Framingham Massachusetts. He moved to Cape Cod in 1987. He has two children, Matt, an ICU nurse in El Paso, and Nicole, a social worker in Burlington, Vermont. He lives with his wife Cindy in Brewster. He has worked in the health care field for many years and has also worked in restaurants and owned his own Ice Business in the late 80’s. Dan is an avid reader and also enjoys fishing and cooking.

Jose DeBarros, Housekeeping
Jose was born in Ponte de Lima Portugal and moved to Provincetown in 1980. He worked as a commercial fisherman for 12 years and also worked at some local restaurants before coming to Cape End Manor. He started working in the kitchen and then moved to housekeeping about 5 years ago. Jose has 2 boys ages 30 and 27 and lives in Provincetown with his wife Adeleaide, who works at Seashore Point as a CNA, and his mother who recently moved here from Portugal. Jose loves to work in his garden and spend time with family and friends.

Cynthia Santos, Housekeeping
Cynthia was born in Provincetown and has held many jobs in town; she has worked in a bakery, a candy store, and several local motels. She started working at Cape End Manor in 1983 and has also worked for the town parking department for many years. Cindy has three sons, Scott, Jacob and John. Cindy enjoys several hobbies including crafts, gardening , bike riding and going to the casinos. She recently began a new hobby- golfing, so if you’re on a local course keep an eye out for her.

Sophia Sterline, Housekeeping
Sophia was born in Portland Jamaica the same home town as Karen Dunn-Clarke. She worked in Arizona at the Camel Back Inn, a five star resort, starting in 2006. She traveled to New York and Boston and then settled on Cape Cod in 2009. She worked at the Lobster Shanty in Eastham and then came to Seashore Point in 2010. Sophia is a church goer and loves to sing, come down to the laundry and you can hear her. She also enjoys tennis, golf and basketball. Sophia admitted her favorite hobby is sleeping. She is planning on taking the CNA class soon.
