Area Attractions

Travel as far east as you can go along Route 6 in Cape Cod and you will eventually land in Provincetown. Provincetown has been home to sailors, pirates, fisherman, painters, and authors for centuries. There is plenty to do and see all year long. The Fall Arts Festival begins in late September and continues for four consecutive weekends. The Annual Schooner Race held the second weekend of September. Holiday events include the Lighting of the Pilgrim Monument the night before Thanksgiving. May features the Annual Cabaret Fest. The Annual Birdman Event on the second weekend in June is a photographer’s delight.
