This means that the space is yours, you have a deed, you may be able to obtain financing through a local institution and when you sell, you will be the one to benefit from any increase in value. Prices for studios (existing building only) start at$270,000; for one bedrooms at $299,900 and for two bedrooms at $460,000.

Seashore Point is currently taking reservation deposits for the next phase of building. These apartments are available in one bedroom and two bedroom styles and are generally a bit larger than the existing building. Come by the community to view plans, options and learn the details.

Additional to the purchase price, you will pay a monthly condominium/concierge fee. Unlike a simple condominium fee, this condo/concierge fee includes heat, air-conditioning and electricity, common area maintenance, 24-hour on-call maintenance, grounds maintenance and snow removal; parking for your car; use of the fitness center, library, public areas; 24-hour concierge and security services from our front desk personnel; and full access to a myriad of programs, lectures, and events right down the hall.
